What You’ll Do
- Communicate with international clients in English and Spanish via phone, chat, and email.
- Solve customer questions with empathy, professionalism, and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Support client onboarding, order follow-ups, and basic account updates.
- Enter and track information in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the operations and sales teams to improve client satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluent English (B2+/C1 level required) – you will use English every day.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, call center, or sales (preferred but not required).
- Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure.
