Schedule: Week 1: Mon-Fri (9 AM - 7 PM) | Off Sat & Sun Week 2: Mon-Sat (9 AM - 7 PM, Sat 8 AM - 6 PM) | Off Wed & Sun Training: 2 weeks | Mon-Fri (9 AM - 7 PM)
Your Responsibilities: Answer inbound & outbound calls to schedule pest control services and process payments. Assist customers in resolving concerns efficiently. Data entry, report generation & sales opportunities.
Requirements: At least 6 months of CSR experience (MUST BE) Fluent English with minimal accent (MUST BE) Strong communication & emotional intelligence skills Multitasking & Microsoft Office proficiency
