Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Barranquilla (On-site)
Training: 2 weeks | Monday - Friday | 9 AM - 7 PM
Schedules:
Week 1: Monday - Friday | 9 AM - 7 PM (Weekends Off)
Week 2: Monday - Saturday | 9 AM - 7 PM (Weekdays) | 8 AM - 6 PM (Saturday) | Rest days: Wednesday & Sunday
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming and outgoing calls to schedule pest control services & process payments
Assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues effectively
Maintain data entry accuracy, generate reports, and identify sales opportunities
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of customer service experience (MUST)
Excellent English skills fluent, neutral accent, friendly tone (MUST)
Positive attitude empathetic, polite, and professional (MUST)
Strong communication & interpersonal skills, with emotional intelligence to handle stressed customers
Microsoft Office proficiency, ability to type 40+ words per minute & multitask
