You will review and verify client-provided documentation to confirm its accuracy and completeness while ensuring all required materials are submitted promptly. Additionally, you will offer technical assistance, troubleshoot basic platform and user-related issues to help clients overcome any challenges they encounter.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service PHONE.
