Job Title: Customer Service Specialist (6 months of CSR experience)
Salary: 2,800,000 COP
(Base salary of 1,820,000 COP and an additional housing allowance of 980,000 COP )
Start Date: May 30, 2025
Location: SMART OFFICE - Cra 51b 80-58, Alto Prado, 21st Floor, Barranquilla, Atlántico
Schedule: Availability from Monday to Sunday, with two days off selected randomly by the operation. Work hours will be between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. (Shift will be adjusted within this timeframe, 10 hours per day, 45 hours per week, including a 1-hour lunch break and two 15-minute breaks)
Training: 2 weeks of training from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday to Friday.
Essential Job Functions
Customer Service: Communicate with customers via phone, email, and SMS portal to provide service information, status updates, and process new cases (minimum conversion expectations: 50% for calls and 70% for SMS leads).
Inquiry Management: Contact customers to respond to inquiries and process online service engagements.
Additional Tasks: Carry out other responsibilities as assigned by the management team.

Communication: Proficient in verbal and written communication in both English and Spanish.

Required Education and Experience
High School Diploma.
Experience in CSR and Collections.
