We are looking for Customer Service Representatives with excellent English skills and previous call center experience to provide basic technical support and customer service via phone and chat (you must be open to working in both channels). In the chat channel, you may handle up to 2 interactions simultaneously.
Mandatory On-Site Training:
Duration: 22 days total
10 days focused on product and platform training
10 days of nesting
2 days of foundations
Training schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Work modality:
On-site Américas location, Bogotá
Work schedule:
42 hours per week
Rotating shifts 24/7
2 days off per week (may be non-consecutive)
Base Salary: $2,500,000 COP per month
Performance Bonuses:
Up to $500,000 COP monthly for performance
Up to $750,000 COP monthly for overachievement
Total potential earnings: Up to $3,750,000 COP/month!
Additional Benefits:
