Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Were looking for a skilled Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team in Barranquilla. As a key member of our support team, youll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent service for the Columbia Sportswear brand.
What Youll Do:
Answer and respond to customer calls, chats, and emails with professionalism and empathy.
Resolve questions and provide support regarding purchases and products.
Document and track customer cases accurately.
Ensure a positive experience for every customer interaction.
Collaborate closely with your team to meet and exceed service goals.
What Were Looking For:
Fluent in English (C1 level).
At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Adaptable and proactivesomeone who can work well both independently and as part of a team.
Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
Details:
Location: Carrera 53 76 - 115, Barranquilla, Atlántico, Colombia
Hours: 44 hours per week, with two days off. Your schedule will fall between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday through Sunday.
