Job Opening: Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English/Spanish) – Remote (Colombia)
Salary: COP 3,700,000 – 5,000,000 per month (depending on experience)
Type: Full-time, direct hire (not a staffing agency)
Location: Remote
Schedule: 8–12 hour shifts between 10 AM and 10 PM EST, including some weekends

About the Role
We are a growing U.S.-based company looking for skilled customer service professionals to support our American client base in the pet care industry. This is a direct hire position with long-term growth potential within our team.

Because we serve U.S.-based customers, we require candidates with impeccable spoken English, excellent pronunciation, and the ability to communicate clearly and naturally on the phone. Experience supporting U.S. customers or working in a U.S. business environment is strongly preferred, as this ensures smooth and effective communication.

Minimum Requirements

Fluent English (C1 minimum, C2 or near-native preferred)

Impeccable spoken English with excellent pronunciation and clarity, suited for working with U.S.-based customers

Fluent Spanish

At least one year of phone-based customer service experience, preferably with U.S. clients

Strong verbal communication and active listening skills

Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute

Familiarity with tools such as Zoho, HubSpot, Slack, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams

Quiet, professional home workspace with high-speed internet and reliable headset

Availability to work flexible shifts within 10 AM – 10 PM EST, Monday through Sunday

Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls to schedule appointments, answer questions, and provide support

Make outbound calls to follow up on inquiries and provide updates

Accurately document all interactions in the CRM system

Communicate with empathy, clarity, and professionalism

Participate in ongoing training and performance reviews
