Role Overview:
Join our team as a Customer Service Representative for a financial campaign with us. Youll be the first point of contact for customers, providing support with account management, payment processing, and setting up automatic payments. This is an inbound call role focused on delivering exceptional service and financial guidance.
Training Program:
Duration: 23 days total
10 days of product training
13 days of nesting (hands-on practice)
Rotating Schedule
Modality: 100% on-site at Américas location
Weekly Hours: 42 hours
Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary: $2,500,000 COP
Performance Bonus: Up to $600,000 COP (post-training)
Transportation Allowance: $200,000 COP/month
E-Card Benefit: $70,000 COP/month for use at select merchants (Éxito, McDonalds, Dominos, etc.) applies only during on-site work
Important Notes:
Remote work option available only for residents of Bogotá after 3 months, based on performance
Candidates must be available for full on-site training and nesting period
