What will you do?
Youll speak with package sellers to review sold bookings, verify commissions, and provide outstanding customer support.
Position Details:
* Channels: Inbound calls, chats, and emails
* Possibility to rotate between lines of business depending on your profile and performance
* Location: Barranquilla
* Work modality: Hybrid (based on performance)
* English level: Intermediate to advanced
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* University students or recent graduates (students must be available for night shifts only)
* Call center or customer service experience (3+ months is a plus)
* Willingness to work rotational shifts after 6 months
Salary:
* Training (40 hours): $2,207,738 COP
* Operations (40 hours): $2,453,043 COP
Schedules:
* Training: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. 6:00 p.m. (weekends off)
* Operations: Base schedule 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m. with 2 days off
