We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to support operational activities for our clients logistics chains. In this role, you will handle back-office tasks, assist with logistics-related calls, and ensure timely management of shipments across air, sea, and land transportation.
Location: Bogotá (100% on-site)
Salary: 3,200,000 COP
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day within a time frame of 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Contract Type: Long-term (Indefinido)
English Level: B2 High or above (advanced required)

Key Responsibilities:
The role will consist of coordinating deliveries, handling updates and notifications to the involved parties in case a shipment does not meet the stipulated timelines. You will be responsible for scheduling appointments and providing constant updates.
Report on the status of shipments and any updates that arise during the movement of goods.
Obtain necessary documentation to complete logistics processes for air, sea, and land shipments.
Meet goals and expectations set by the client and/or immediate supervisor.
Follow company policies, regulations, and health & safety standards.
Be prepared to handle calls, as 80% of interactions will be via phone (but not back-to-back calls).

Required Qualifications:
Education: A professional in any field (not mandatory), or actively studying (evening studies are accepted).
Experience: Minimum of 8 months of continuous, certified experience in a bilingual call center or similar customer service role.
