Schedule: 8AM to 5PM CST. Monday-Friday. o Saturdays during peak starting with the Saturday after Thanksgiving Holiday and the following 4 to 5 up to Christmas 8AM to 4:30PM CST.
Job description:
Responsible for ensuring the confidentiality and full complete safeguarding the companys trade secrets and any of our business clients customer lists and related records.
Answering phone calls in a timely, efficient and knowledgeable manner.
Verifying customer information.
Responsabilities:
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Listens to the customers needs and presents solutions.
Determines customer needs by asking appropriate questions to verify action desired by customer, and then applies knowledge of company policy and procedure to determine action to be taken.
Follows through to completion, collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues.
Calling customer back promptly to keep him/her informed of actions being taken and to clarify customer expectations if needed.
Accepts coaching and assistance from leadership to confirm correct actions and responses are being given to customers and to reduce transfer and hold time.
Demonstrates teamwork by sharing information with coworkers and assisting new hires during their training/transition period.
Skills and qualifications - Hard and soft skills:
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
Knowledge of jewelry and watches a plus
Ability to multitask and keep organized in a fast-paced environment.
