Key Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls promptly, efficiently, and with expert knowledge.
Verify and update customer information accurately.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
Collaborate across departments to resolve customer issues.
Provide timely follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
Accept coaching and feedback to continuously improve service quality.
Support new team members during training and onboarding.
Skills & Qualifications

Hard Skills:
