Position: Customer Service Inbound Calls
Description: Support and assist customers in resolving concerns or in the vehicle rental process through phone calls, emails, and chats.

Availability Required: Full-time (24/7)
Training:
Days: Monday to Friday
Schedule: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Duration: 6 weeks
Modality: 100% On-Site (Carrera 56 9 - 21 - Central Tower)
Operational Availability:
Your shifts will be assigned according to operational needs within a 24/7 schedule and may change depending on those needs.
Weekly Hours: 40 hours
Days Off: 2 days per week (rotating and subject to clients needs)
Salary: $2,600,000 COP
Performance Bonuses: Up to $500,000 COP
Contract Type: Indefinite Term
Night Transportation:
Applies if working between 9:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.
Legal Transportation Allowance:
Granted according to current legal conditions.
