Your Role
Take inbound calls from customers of a leading streaming service, providing friendly, professional support with empathy and efficiency.
Assist customers with subscription inquiries, account access, technical troubleshooting, and navigating the platform to ensure a smooth and enjoyable viewing experience.
Serve as a trusted and knowledgeable point of contact, helping users get the most out of their entertainment experience.
Maintain a high standard of professionalism, empathy, and service quality in every interaction.
Collaborate with team members and follow established procedures to support continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
Represent TPs world-class standards and our clients brand positively in every customer interaction.
What Were Looking For
Language Level: C1 level (90% fluency).
Education and Work Experience Requirement: High School Degree.
Availability: Full-time.
Skills & Qualities:
Strong communication and active listening skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Customer-focused mindset with a proven ability to identify needs and provide effective solutions.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
