Your Role
· Provide customer service to users of a leading American bank.
· Support inquiries related to bank accounts, debit cards, credit cards, and related services.
· Deliver accurate, timely, and professional solutions.
· Represent TPs world-class standards in every interaction.
What Were Looking For
·Education and Work Experience Requirement: High school diploma no previous work experience required.
·Language Level: English B2
·Customer Service Orientation: Ability to listen actively, resolve issues, and maintain a positive tone in every interaction.
· Skills & Qualities:
·Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
·Ability to work night shifts.
·Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
