Schedule: Monday to Sunday, availability from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Workload: 44 hours per week + 1-hour lunch break
Days Off: Two days off per week

Role Overview
Were looking for a Customer Service Advisor with strong bilingual communication skills (Spanish and English) to manage customer inquiries via voice, email, and chat. Youll be part of a high-performing team that represents international standards of service and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer service tickets via voice, email, and chat
Provide assistance related to purchases, products, and services
Ensure a positive customer experience in every interaction
Escalate cases when needed, maintaining clear communication via Microsoft Teams
Prepare to manage calls in future stages
Complete and pass a written evaluation
Maintain accurate records and proper case follow-up
Collaborate with the team to meet service goals
Requirements
English level B2+
Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service roles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility to work varied schedules
Proactive attitude and strong problem-solving abilities
Familiarity with communication tools, especially Microsoft Teams
Ability to successfully complete a written evaluation
