Position Title: Intake Specialist
Location: Bogotá, Colombia
Office: Cl. 72 8-24, Quinta Camacho. Piso 4, 6, 7 y 8
Shift Options: Availability from Monday to Sunday (Two days off selected by the operation)
Availability: 07AM - 9P COL  (the schedule will be given in this time frame)
Hours per week: 44
 
MUST HAVE:
Experience: 1+ year in customer service or call centers
Languages: Bilingual (English & Spanish)

Job Description:

Answer calls with professionalism and empathy
Document and resolve inquiries
Provide excellent client service
Pay close attention to detail
Retain and document client/provider info
 
Principal Duties:
 
1 Conduct consultations for potential cases
2 Sign up new clients electronically
3 Set initial clinic appointments
4 Review inquiry calls/emails
5 Process and file legal documents
6 Meet walk-in clients & communicate with partner firms
7 Data entry and case documentation
 
Secondary Duties:
 
Collaborate with other departments
Connect clients with legal teams
Direct calls from insurance/medical providers appropriately
 
Skills & Qualifications:
Multi-tasking in fast-paced environments
Organizational & tech proficiency
Microsoft Word, Outlook, DocuSign
Office equipment handling
Excellent client service skills
Calm under pressure
Empathy and sympathy for clients
 
Workday: Full Time (FT)
Weekly Hours: 44
Includes:
-One monthly lunch hosted by the client, at a restaurant chosen by the team, which varies each month.
-Evaluations after 6 months where you can earn a 2% to 3% salary increase, for a total of 5% per year.
-Quarterly $50 bonus for meeting metrics.
