Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email

Collaborate with the team to uphold high service standards
Maintain professionalism and attention to detail in every interaction
Requirements
English proficiency at B2+ level
Previous experience in customer service call center, 1 year
Clear and effective communication skills
Flexibility and ability to work independently
