Customer Service Agent Bilingual (Seasonal) | Onsite Bogotá
Location: Onsite Bogotá, Colombia
Availability: Monday to Friday, Weekends Off.
Role Overview
As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing support and guidance across various channels. Youll assist with product inquiries, payments, order cancellations, and general service questions, ensuring a positive and professional experience in both English and Spanish.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries.
Transfer calls to appropriate departments when needed.
Respond to emails and provide accurate information.
Resolve customer issues and escalate cases when necessary.
Maintain attendance and participate in scheduled meetings.
Collaborate with the customer service team to meet quality standards.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (B2 level or higher).
Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
