We're hiring friendly, professional Customer Service Consultants to join our financial services campaign. If you love helping people, we want to hear from you!
• Your Responsibilities:
You'll be managing inbound calls to help clients with their accounts and payments. We'll give you complete training to master these key areas:
- Payment Support: Help clients manage, settle, and understand their account status.
- Payment Processing: Process payments and direct charges.
- Auto-Pay Setup: Assist with setting up recurring and automatic payments.
• Job Key Details:
- Start Date: October 8, 2025
- Hours: 42 hours per week.
- Schedule: Assigned within Mon-Fri (7 AM – 7 PM) & Sat (7 AM – 5 PM).
- Time Off: 2 rotating days off (Sunday + one weekday).
- Location: On-site at the Sutherland Americas Site.
- Work From Home: Available after 4 months if performance goals are met!
- Training: 23 days, 100% on-site (Mon-Fri, 8 AM – 6 PM). You will be paid from your first training day.
