Job Description
We’re looking for positive, customer-focused individuals with automotive experience or a strong desire to learn. You'll handle calls related to product info, benefits, cancellations, mobile app support, and claims processing, always delivering top-tier service.

Key Responsibilities:
•\tAnswering inbound calls from existing customers
•\tAssisting customers with general inquiries, making payments, and questions regarding program limits and benefits, billing questions, claims, etc.
•\tHandling customer concerns and escalating issues as needed, ensuring all efforts are made to retain existing customers
•\tWorking with finance and administration
•\tMaintaining a consistently positive attitude and customer first approach to deliver stellar service to all customers
•\tMaintaining current knowledge of products and services offered
•\tOther tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
•\tHigh-School diploma required
•\tBilingual abilities required (English B2+ or above is mandatory).
•\tOffice 365 experience preferred (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, Etc.)
•\tStrong attention to detail and the ability to follow directions
•\tAbility to provide excellent customer service in all situations including patience, de-escalation, positive demeanor.
•\tAbility to effectively multi-task.
