Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Barranquilla
Work Modality: Hybrid 3 days from home, 2 days in office
Schedule: Monday to Sunday, available from 9 a.m. to 1 a.m. Two days off during the week, which may or may not be consecutive.
Driven by our Passion for People, our Customer Service Specialists are focused on providing an excellent customer experience. They provide support to customers via PHONE/CHAT, assisting with queries, problem resolution, and general support.

Main Responsibilities
Respond to customer requests/inquiries by phone
Stay up to date with product/procedure knowledge and evaluate industry trends
Work closely with the quality and training team to self-manage performance expectations
Maintain business knowledge, courtesy, and professionalism when dealing with all customer contacts
Demonstrate high standards of service quality.

Requirements
At least 6 months of experience of customer service
B2+ English proficiency
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Conflict resolution and analytical thinking
Proactive attitude and adaptability
Clear verbal and written communication
