Responsibilities:
Representative handles chats/inbound calls in order to diagnose and provide a path to resolve inquires related to all aspects of the appropriate program. This includes hardware, software, networking and interactions with the hosts computers Operating System and applications.
Troubleshoot mobile technology, equipment and system problems while educating the costumer on support options and steps taken to resolve the issue.
Work with confidential customer information, while treating it sensitively.
Represent TPs world-class standards in every interaction.
What Were Looking For:
Language Level: B2 (Advanced).
Must be based in Bogotá.
Education and Work Experience Requirement: High School graduated.
Availability: 46 Hours per week, Full time job.
Skills & Qualities: Empathetic, Responsible, Outgoing, Good listener and Proactive.
