Responsibilities:
Provide customer service support to users and partners of a transportation and delivery application operating in Canada and the United States.
Collaborate with team members to maintain high quality service standards.
Represent TPs world-class standards in every interaction.

What Were Looking For
Language Level: B2 (Advanced).
Must be based in Bogotá.
High School graduated.
Availability: 42 Hours per week.
Empathetic, Responsible, Outgoing, Good listener and Proactive people interested in joining our TOP Team!
