What You’ll Do:
You’ll provide exceptional inbound and outbound customer service, focusing on loyalty and support for a U.S.-based healthcare account.
What We Offer:
- Base Salary: COP $2,400,000
- Transport Allowance: COP $200,000 (as per legal conditions)
- Performance Bonus: Up to COP $500,000 — starting from Day 1 of training!
- Training: 4 weeks, on-site, Monday to Friday (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM (42 hours/week)
- Weekends Off: Enjoy your Saturdays and Sundays!
- Modality: Inbound & Outbound calls
