Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Corporate Vision:
Lead the creation and execution of the companys corporate strategy. Align initiatives with business goals, ensuring high profitability and long-term growth. Own the P&L and take full responsibility for the countrys financial performance.
Market Expansion & Business Development:
Drive the expansion into new markets and build strong, lasting relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and strategic partners. Innovate and identify new business opportunities for sustained success.
Financial Excellence & Resource Optimization:
Ensure financial objectives are met, monitor key financial metrics, and optimize resource utilization to maximize margins and profitability across all operations.
Operational Excellence & Organizational Transformation:
Lead the continuous improvement of operational processes, ensuring efficiency, excellence, and top-quality delivery across all functions. Create an agile, high-performing culture within the company.
People Leadership & Culture Building:
Foster a culture of excellence and innovation. Lead by example to build and inspire high-performing teams, ensuring leadership development and succession planning throughout the organization.
Stakeholder Engagement & Representation:
Represent the company at the highest levelmanaging relationships with clients, media, regulators, and industry groups to enhance the companys reputation and market positioning.
Digital Transformation & Innovation:
Champion innovation and digital transformation efforts, setting high standards for continuous improvement in every process. Keep the company ahead of the curve in market trends and operational efficiency.
Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management:
Ensure the company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements, and mitigate potential risks to business operations.
What Were Looking For:
At least 10 years in a senior leadership role, with a minimum of 5 years leading strategic planning and market expansion.
Extensive experience managing large, cross-functional teams across multiple sectors.
Proven track record of successful financial management, commercial strategy, and driving business growth in highly competitive environments.
Deep experience in the contact center or service-based industries.
Skills:
Expertise in high-level business strategy and a proven ability to drive growth.
Fluency in English (C1 or higher)international communication is key!
