Key Responsibilities
Conduct detailed interviews with clients to understand their needs and expectations
Identify key skills, competencies, and traits for each position
Research and analyze the job market to find suitable candidates
Collaborate with hiring managers to align expectations with market realities
Act as an intermediary between clients and candidates throughout the selection process
Provide regular updates to clients and agents involved
Renegotiate conditions with clients when necessary
Follow up with calls and emails on the progress of the processes
Ensure a constant flow of candidates by following up with recruiters
Maintain up-to-date and accurate reporting
Meet individual goals and collaborate on global goals
Requirements
12 years of experience in roles related to recruitment
English C1
Persuasion and effective negotiation
Focus on customer satisfaction
Report management and process follow-up
Knowledge of the labor market and professional profiles
