We are seeking a Collections Operations Specialist with 3–5 years of relevant experience to support and optimize our operational processes in the collections and financial services space. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive approach, excellent organizational skills, and strong problem-solving abilities to drive efficiency across departments.
This is a dynamic, multi-functional role perfect for someone in their professional prime, looking to contribute to both operational excellence and collections performance.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide daily operational and administrative support to the collections and operations teams.
Coordinate communication and information flow between internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth operational performance.
Develop, track, and deliver monthly reports on key collections performance metrics and business KPIs.
Manage travel, scheduling, and logistical arrangements for team members and leadership as needed.
Prepare and edit presentations, performance reports, and operational documents for senior management.
Support leadership in special projects, coordinating tasks, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful completion.
Act as liaison between operations, finance, and collections to align strategies and improve process efficiency.
Lead the creation and distribution of status updates and progress reports to key stakeholders.
Handle sensitive information with professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal processes.
Proactively identify operational challenges and recommend solutions to improve performance and productivity.
Qualifications:

3–5 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or collections within the financial services, banking, or related industry.
Strong understanding of collections processes and best practices.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (Fluent English required).
Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

Experience working with collections software or CRM tools.
Knowledge of financial services or banking industry processes.
Prior experience supporting senior leadership or cross-functional teams.
