Respond to user inquiries in written form (chat and email).
Provide timely and effective solutions.
Ensure a high-quality user experience with every interaction.

- Job Details
Start date: September 15, 2025
Training: In-person at our corporate office
Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Duration: 1 month
Work model: Hybrid (on-site and remote, performance-based)
Schedule: 42 hours/week
Rotating shifts from Sunday to Sunday, between 6:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.
2 consecutive days off per week
Contract: Open-ended contract with full legal benefits

- Compensation
Base salary: $2,000,000 COP
Transportation allowance: $200,000 COP
Performance bonus: Up to $400,000 COP (based on performance metrics)
Night shift premiums starting at 9:00 p.m.
