Job Description: The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service through inbound chat interactions. This role involves addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about products and services, all while maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer chats.
Resolve concerns and provide clear, helpful information.
Ensure customer satisfaction through empathetic and professional communication.
Maintain flawless written communication in English.
Requirements:
Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
Minimum 4 months of experience in chat support.
Minimum 6 months of customer service experience in BPO, preferably via chat.
Strong skills in spelling, grammar, semantics, and written communication.
High empathy and excellent interpersonal skills.
Work Conditions:
On-site role in Medellín.
Training from Monday to Friday (schedule to be confirmed).
24/7 availability required once operational (Monday to Sunday).
Two days off per week (non-consecutive; may fall on weekdays or weekends).
