We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Case Manager to join our team.

background in handling personal injury cases from intake through settlement. This

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage client treatment, ensuring appropriate documentation
of medical records and progress.
Draft and prepare demand letters with supporting documentation.
Negotiate settlements with insurance adjusters to secure favorable
outcomes for clients.
Maintain accurate and organized case files, including detailed case notes
and updates.
Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and guidance
throughout the case.
Collaborate with attorneys and other team members to ensure seamless
case management.
Qualifications:
+1 Years of experience in personal injury case management is required.
Strong understanding of the personal injury claims process, including
medical treatment protocols, demand drafting, and settlement negotiations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in case management software and standard office applications
(e.g., Word, Excel).
