Language: English (Advanced proficiency required)
Schedule: Full-Time Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time
Time Zone: PST
Holidays: Colombian calendar
Contract: Colombian employment contract
Salary: $4.000.000 COP

Role Summary:
We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to identify, qualify, and engage potential business opportunities within the EdTech industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in prospecting, outreach, and lead generation, and be confident communicating with decision makers in English.

Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation.
Research and reach out to potential customers via LinkedIn, email, and other lead generation tools.
Qualify prospects by understanding their business needs and assessing their potential fit.
Promote the companys value proposition to potential partners and schedule virtual meetings with senior team members.
Maintain accurate and organized records of outreach activities, communications, and progress using HubSpot CRM.
Support campaign follow-ups and nurture relationships with prospective clients.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles such as BDR, SDR, or sales development.
Proficiency in English (written and spoken) required.
Experience with SaaS applications and understanding of technology-based solutions.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and achieve outreach and conversion goals.

To perform this role effectively, you must have:
A quiet home office space to work optimally.
A stable internet connection (minimum 100 MB).
A laptop or desktop with updated software.
A secondary backup internet option to ensure reliability.
