Your Mission
Join our growing Call Center & BPO company as a Business Developer Chief. Youll lead the charge in identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities, while managing strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
What You Bring
English Level C1
Degree in Business Admin or related (or extra experience)
1+ year in similar roles (or postgraduate in related fields)
B1/B2 US Visa required
What We Offer
Salary: $4.500.000 COP
Commission: Up to 1% on new client contracts
