Were Hiring: Business Analyst
Location: Remote from Colombia
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Central Time)
Education Required: Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Information Systems, or related fields
English Level: Advanced (B2+)
Role Objective:
The Business Analyst is responsible for identifying opportunities for improvement in processes, systems, and strategies through data analysis, requirements gathering, and cross-functional collaboration. The main goal is to translate business needs into effective solutions that generate value and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Collect, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements
Evaluate current processes and propose improvements based on data and best practices
Develop business models, process flows, and technical documentation
Collaborate with IT, operations, and stakeholders to implement solutions
Perform data analysis to support strategic decision-making
Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate findings
Participate in planning and execution of digital transformation projects
Monitor KPIs and key metrics to assess the impact of initiatives
Skills:
Hard Skills:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in similar roles
Experience in process analysis, project management, or business intelligence
Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SQL, and data analysis tools
Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
Familiarity with process modeling tools (BPMN, UML)
