Brand & Marketing Designer

Reports To: Senior Brand Design Manager
Salary: $3,000 USD Monthly
Hours: 11am to 8pm PST
Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled hands-on designer to create world class marketing assets across digital and print. This is not a marketing strategy role. It is a production focused position for someone who lives in Adobe Creative Suite, knows motion graphics and video editing, and can bring brand guidelines to life with pixel perfect precision.
Applications without a portfolio will not be considered. Your portfolio should clearly demonstrate high quality digital, print, and motion or video work.
What You’ll Do:
- Design digital assets for paid ads, social media, email campaigns, landing pages, and presentations
- Produce motion graphics and short form videos for social and marketing campaigns
- Create print ready designs for brochures, flyers, event signage, and sales collateral
- Collaborate with the marketing team to translate briefs into visually stunning deliverables
- Ensure all creative meets brand guidelines and is optimized for the right channels and formats
- Manage multiple projects, deliver on deadlines, and maintain the highest quality standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on graphic design experience in agency or in-house settings
- Expert in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro
- Strong portfolio showing digital, print, and motion or video work
- Deep understanding of file types, color modes, responsive design, and export settings
- Experience designing for both B2B and B2C marketing campaigns
- Self directed, fast, and able to handle feedback with ease
- Bonus if you have experience in UI or UX or designing for web platforms
