What You’ll Be Doing:
-)Analyze and recover rejected client bills.
-)Submit appeals on time and follow up to ensure success.
-)Keep everything organized and documented.
-)Spot billing trends and help improve internal processes.
-)Collaborate with multiple teams like Billing, Compliance, and Legal Operations.
-)Use client portals and follow billing guidelines with precision.
What you expect from you:
-)Advanced English (C1 – a must!)
-)3+ years of experience or strong technical background
-)Solid MS Office skills and familiarity with billing/accounting systems
-)Super organized, focused, and detail-loving
-)Proactive mindset and great communication skills
-)Ability to learn fast and solve problems with a positive attitude
Experience in audits or quality control? That’s a big plus!
