Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Video Content Creator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for video production and a deep understanding of social media platforms, including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other video content sites. This role requires proficiency in creating compelling video content using existing B-rolls, stock footage, and other video formats to engage audiences and drive brand awareness.
As a Social Media Video Content Creator, you will be responsible for producing, editing, and publishing engaging video content that aligns with our brand's voice and goals. You should be comfortable with video editing tools, understand social media analytics, and be able to adapt to the latest trends to optimize content for various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
•\tContent Creation: Develop and produce engaging video content utilizing B-roll footage, stock clips, and other video formats for YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant social media platforms.
•\tVideo Editing: Edit and enhance video content with a keen eye for detail, ensuring videos are high-quality, brand-compliant, and optimized for each platform.
•\tPlatform Optimization: Customize videos for various social media platforms, ensuring they are formatted and optimized for maximum engagement and reach.
•\tSocial Media Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing and social media teams to align video content with the overall brand strategy, goals, and key campaigns.
•\tTrend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with current social media trends, video content styles, and platform updates to create fresh and relevant video content.
•\tAnalytics & Performance Tracking: Use Google Analytics, social media tracking tools, and platform insights to analyze the performance of video content and adjust strategies accordingly to improve engagement and reach.
•\tCross-Platform Content Distribution: Ensure videos are shared and promoted effectively across various social media platforms to increase visibility and audience engagement.

Qualifications:
•\tExperience: Proven experience in creating and editing video content for platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and others.
•\tVideo Editing Tools: Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or other industry-standard tools).
•\tSocial Media Savvy: Strong understanding of social media platforms and video content best practices for each platform.
•\tAnalytics Knowledge: Familiarity with Google Analytics, social media analytics tools, and tracking metrics to measure content performance and optimize strategies.
•\tCommunication Skills: Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal teams and audiences.
•\tCreative Mindset: Ability to think creatively and outside the box to produce engaging video content.
•\tAttention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering polished, professional videos.
Preferred Skills:
•\tExperience with live streaming and video production tools.
•\tKnowledge of SEO and video optimization techniques for YouTube.
•\tAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
