About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about the recruitment and selection process, has a strong understanding of organizational culture, and is driven to attract and evaluate the best talent.
You will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and supporting business leaders in building strong, high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities
\t\tManage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
\t\tCollaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team needs.
\t\tDevelop and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
\t\tEnsure a great candidate experience throughout the process.
\t\tTrack key performance indicators and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
\t\tBachelors degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
\t\tExperience in recruitment and selection processes (corporate or agency).
\t\tExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
\t\tAbility to work independently and manage multiple processes simultaneously.
\t\tMust reside in Bogotá, Colombia.
