Your Role
As a sales representative, you will be:
Able to use sales techniques at an intermediate-advanced level to profile clients, adapt to customer behavior and promote a product or service according to existing needs or create new needs and handle objections-resistance based on the benefits of the proposal to close the acquisition, generating a more productive and satisfactory business relationship in a win-win scheme.
What Were Looking For
Education and Work Experience Requirement:
High School Diploma.
Preferred: Previous experience in BPO/Sales and experience with Tourism & Travel sales
Skills & Qualities:
Strong communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
Sales affinity
A positive attitude and passion for sales.
Conditions:
English C1 (90% fluency)
42 hours per week
Schedules: Training: 11:00am to 20:00pm / Operations: 11:00am to 20:00pm, 2:00pm to 23:00, 3:00pm to 12:00am / 2 days off
Salary: Training 2400.000 / Operations: COP $3.000.000 + performance bonuses and sales commissions.
