About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Caller to join our dynamic talent acquisition team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a foundational understanding of recruitment, particularly within the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) sector, to contribute to our growth and success. You will play a crucial role in the initial stages of the recruitment process, helping us identify and engage top talent.
Responsibilities:
Proactively sourcing and identifying potential candidates through various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, databases).
Conducting initial phone screenings and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and interest.
Clearly and professionally communicating job opportunities and company information to potential candidates.
Coordinating with recruiters and hiring managers to provide updates on candidate progress.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Ensuring a positive and engaging experience for all candidates.
Assisting with other recruitment-related tasks as needed.
Requirements:
6 months of proven experience in the BPO industry.
English level: B2
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates effectively over the phone.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using basic computer applications and recruitment tools.   
A proactive and results-oriented approach.
