As a Recruiter STAFF, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for all personnel joining the company, contributing directly to Solvos organizational growth.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate candidate profiles provided by sourcers, using screening calls to assess English level and advance qualified candidates.
Manage candidate documentation (CVs and videos) and determine eligibility based on job requirements.
Build and maintain a candidate database using our ATS and tracking platforms, documenting progress at each stage.
Present qualified candidates to supervisors and clients based on job requirements.
Maintain active communication with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Administer and send service order information.
Skills and Qualifications:
