Job Overview:
We are seeking a Human Resources Virtual Assistant (HR VA) to assist in managing various HR and administrative functions within our organization. This position involves a variety of tasks, including phone answering, expense tracking, applicant tracking, credential management, communication with employees, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple HR responsibilities while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Qualifications:
· Education: High school diploma required; a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
· Experience:
o At least 1 year of experience in HR or administrative support, particularly in employee records management, recruitment, and compliance tracking.
o Experience with HR software or applicant tracking systems BambooHR is preferred.
o Experience with Brightstar Care policies, values, and software system ABS is preferred.
