• What will your mission be? (Profile and Key Responsibilities)
You will be a Customer Service Consultant in a financial campaign. Your main focus is handling inbound calls to advise and manage our clients' accounts. You will receive complete and highly trained instruction to master these functions:
- Account and Payment Advices: Guide the client on the management, status, and settlement of their accounts.
- Payment Management: Perform and process payment management and direct charges.
- Automatic Payment Setup: Assist the client with configuring recurring and automatic payments.
- Offer friendly, decisive, and professional customer service to guarantee satisfaction and loyalty.
• Opportunity Specifications
- Start Date: October 8, 2025
- Weekly Hours: 42 hours per week
- Days Off: 2 rotating days off (Sunday and one additional rotating day during the week)
- Operating Hours: Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Saturdays from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. (Your specific schedule will be assigned within this range).
- Operation Modality: On-site at the Sutherland Américas Site. Possibility of Work From Home after 4 months in operations, if you maintain the minimum performance required by the account.
- 23-Day Training: (Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM). 100% on-site at the Américas Site.
