Develop a deep understanding of our platform to accurately address client inquiries
Actively listen to client needs, collaborate with internal teams, and resolve issues effectively
Accurately document client interactions and transactions in our systems
Guide clients in using our platform to access their earned wages smoothly
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
Strong bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
