- Monday to friday 7AM-5PM
What would you do?
- Assist and guide prospective students interested in international universities
- Answer questions via phone, email, or live chat
- Accurately register information in our system
- Support students throughout the pre-admissions process
What are we looking for?
- Advanced English and Spanish skills (spoken and written)
- Experience in customer service or sales
- Empathy, clear communication, and strong writing skills
- Basic knowledge of digital tools (CRM, email, etc.)
