Responsabilities
Respond to client inquiries via phone or chat, including product info, service quality, order status, and general support
Deliver high-quality service and maintain professional tone
Stay current on product knowledge and industry trends
Collaborate with quality and training teams to self-manage performance
Maintain open communication with leadership and training staff for development support
Document client interactions accurately in internal databases
Meet punctuality standards and adhere to schedules and deadlines
Follow and aim to exceed performance metrics (KPIs) set by management
Engage customers professionally across multiple channels (phone, chat, email)
Adapt to transitions between communication channels as needed
Requirements
Minimum 6 months in customer service
Agile thinking, high energy, passion, and persistence
Commitment to resolving customer concerns proactively
Excellent oral communication (clear tone, diction, grammar)
Positive attitude and enthusiasm
Team-oriented and results-driven
Reliable attendance and consistency
Curiosity and quick learning ability
Multitasking across applications while actively assisting clients
