Your Role
As a Bilingual Customer Expert, you will:
Provide exceptional customer service and support.
Identify customer needs and offer personalized solutions.
Drive sales through upselling and cross-selling strategies.
Respond to inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction
Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets.
Continuously learn about product offerings to provide accurate information.
What Were Looking For
Education and Work Experience Requirement:
High School Diploma.
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or related fields is a plus.
Skills & Qualities:
Strong communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
Sales-driven, with a focus on achieving targets.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
A positive attitude and passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Conditions:
English B2 (80% fluency)
42 hours per week
Schedules: Training: 8:00am to 20:00pm / Operations: 8:00am to 20:00pm/ 2 days off
Salary: COP $2.315.000 + performance bonuses
Location: Bogotá, Connecta (Ac. 26 92-32, Bogotá)
