What youll be doing:
You should be well-informed about the collections, sizes, materials, availability, return policies, and current fashion trends to confidently and stylishly assist customers.
In fashion, personal taste matters. Listening carefully and adapting to each customers style and needs builds trust and enhances the experience.
You should communicate politely, professionally, and in a tone that matches the brands identitywhether its premium or accessible.
Whether its wrong shipments, returns, or size exchanges, a good agent should act quickly, provide clear solutions, and ensure the customer feels taken care of.
