Job Description:
We are looking for a trilingual professional in Italian and Spanish to join our customer service team. The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting our users with matters related to payments, transaction processing, and general inquiries about our digital financial services.
Main Responsibilities:
Handle and resolve customer inquiries in Italian and Spanish via phone calls.
Provide clear and accurate information regarding payment status, collection processes, and transfers.
Guide customers in the use of our platform and payment tools.
Record and follow up on incidents, ensuring effective and timely resolution.
Escalate complex cases to the relevant teams when necessary.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction in line with the companys quality standards.
Requirements:
Oral and written fluency in Italian and Spanish (native level or B2 and above).
Basic knowledge of payment processes and electronic transfers.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to solve problems proactively.
Proficiency in customer service and IT tools (CRM, online chat, email, etc.).
Availability to work full-time shifts.
